Dear Pardee RAND Community,

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are essential for the success of public policy schools. As we train the next generation of global policy leaders, we are responsible for ensuring our graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to create policies that help everyone.

We are excited to welcome Rekha Chiruvolu, who recently joined RAND as the new chief diversity officer and executive director of DEI. Rekha will join Malcolm Williams, the school’s director of DEI, in helping to promote these values in our courses, programming, and activities.
