Dear Pardee RAND Community,
I am thrilled to introduce you to the 30 students of Cohort '23—an exceptional group of scholars who bring a wealth of experience to our diverse community.
Our 11 M.Phil. and 19 Ph.D. students have worked in fields such as healthcare, education, international development, and national security. They have served in the military, worked in government agencies, and conducted research at top universities.
Their unique perspectives and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the our vibrant intellectual community at Pardee RAND.
