Dear Pardee RAND Community,

During a recent visit to RAND by the former Prime Minister of Estonia, Jüri Ratas, Pardee RAND students learned about the challenges facing Estonia and the broader European community. This visit showcases the unique opportunities afforded our students to meet with and learn from policymakers and thought leaders from around the world.
