About the Program
The Faculty Leaders Program is a professional development certificate program that helps to fulfill Pardee RAND's goal of bringing a greater diversity of experience and perspective to the study and practice of public policy analysis. In the process, we also develop a collegial fellowship of practitioners.
Who should apply? U.S. college and university faculty who serve underrepresented populations
What is the program? An intensive, hands-on certificate program in policy analysis for faculty leaders aimed at building diversity in the field of public policy
How much is does it cost? Full-tuition fellowships, valued at $3,500, are awarded to up to 16 participants each year, thanks to a grant from the Henry Luce Foundation.
