Pardee RAND is fully committed to ensuring all of our students — U.S. and international — receive the highest quality educational and professional experience, even as we take all steps to ensure the health and safety of all. International students are vital to the fabric of the Pardee RAND community. Our international students bring a richness of intellect and experience that is especially important as Pardee RAND prepares for, and responds to, our rapidly changing world currently in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic and the widespread call for social justice and racial equity. Our international students receive the same respect and financial support as our U.S. students.

This week, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency announced that international students attending schools that have moved classes entirely online must leave the United States or transfer to a school with in-person instruction. No change will be necessary for Pardee RAND’s international students since we are using a hybrid academic program for all of our students that is a mix of in-person and online instruction.

Pardee RAND's hybrid program has been created with appropriate precautionary steps to limit the spread of the virus and protect the health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff while remaining academically rigorous and accessible to all of members of our community. We will combine virtual and in-person modes, leveraging online and in-person spaces and learning, taking full advantage of our Southern California facility.
