Ethics in Policy and Practice: Advanced Tutorial

Professor: Boudreaux
Units: 0.3
Elective Course

The ethics tutorial is a quarter-credit tutorial that synchronizes with the half-credit Spring core ethics course. The tutorial is an opportunity for a deeper analytical dive into classic and contemporary philosophical ethics in a small group discussion seminar format. The content of each week’s session will be based on the “Additional Reading” from the core ethics syllabus (please see core ethics syllabus for specific readings). Each week, we will choose several chapters or articles for tutorial discussion that we will not have the time to cover in the core course.

Students are expected to do relevant readings and be prepared for discussion. There are no additional assignments. The course will be graded on a PASS/FAIL basis.
